Q: What size should I order for maternity jeans?A: You should typically order 1 to 2 sizes up from your pre-pregnancy size (for example if you wore a 27 inch waist prior to pregnancy, you should order 28 or 29 inch). Moms love our maternity waistbands so much and find them so comfortable they even continue to wear them post-pregnancy. However, we understand bodies come in different shapes and sizes so all measurements are for reference only. The fit for each designer may vary. If you are unsure, check the size notes for each particular item or contact us. We would be happy to take specific measurements and confirm them with you on any particular style or item of interest.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?A: We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express card payments through our secure payment gateway, PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order with us. If you do have a PayPal account, you can also transfer funds from your bank account(s). All payments over the Internet are safe and secure with industry standard SSL 128 bit encryption. We care about keeping your information safe! This is a hacker-safe site & hassle-free shopping experience.

Q: How soon will my order ship after I order?A: We make every effort to ship all products the same day if ordered before noon (12 pm Pacific Standard Time). Orders will typically ship within 24 hours after receipt of your order but may take up to 2 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment. If items are on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date.

Q: How are my products shipped?A: Upon checkout, you will have several options to choose from (options are subject to change without notice based on shipping conditions and/or vendor options. Bubble Belly will use the best option to get you your order as expeditiously and safely as possible):
- USPS Priority Mail. After your order leaves our site, you should expect to receive it within 1-3 business days for the contiguous USA.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver. After your order leaves our site, you should expect to receive it within 1 business day, by the end of the day.
- UPS Ground Delivery. After your order leaves our site, you should expect to receive it within 5 business days.
- Canadian UPS Standard International. After your order leaves our site, you should expect to receive it within 7-12 business days for shipping from our site in the USA to all Canadian provinces.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE USA & CANADA: USPS Global Priority Mail (6-10 business days for receipt after your order leaves our site) or USPS Global Express (1-3 business days for receipt after your order leaves our site). Please note we can not control any delays that may arise through customs. Shipping charges do not include any duties or other customs fees that may apply.

5. Q: What is your Exchange/Return Policy?
A: We understand there may be instances where you may change your mind or may need a different color or size. In order to maintain our pricing structure, we have a 14 calendar day return policy on all regular priced items. All discounted, sale and/or clearance merchandise for Baby/Toddler are Final Sale. No exceptions! All designer maternity jeans/pants are returnable within 14 days of receipt of shipment, even sale items except for items clearly noted as "FINAL SALE". We understand it can be hard to gage what size you may need without trying them on so all maternity jeans/pants are returnable except for items listed as "FINAL SALE". The "FINAL SALE" designation is visible at the bottom of the screen for each item.
The 14 days begins after delivery confirmation to your shipping address. To qualify for a return & refund, products must be new and unworn/unwashed/unaltered, with all original tags attached, and must be free of smoke, perfumes, odors, etc. A copy of the original Packing Slip must accompany all items returned. You are responsible for the shipping fees for the return of any item(s). When possible, please package the items in the original packaging and/or baggies to prevent damage during transport. We are not responsible for lost packages and/or any items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment. Please take special care in packaging your returns and insure packages accordingly. Products returned via COD, w/o a valid RA number and/or after 14 calendar days will not be accepted. WE MUST RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEMS BACK AT OUR STORE WITHIN THE 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY TO YOU. Just by receiving an RA from us does not qualify you for a refund unless we physically receive the items back within that time frame.
Please note that if you qualified for Free Shipping and the returned item brings your total order value below the Free Shipping dollar amount, we will deduct the standard shipping rate (shipping method used to ship your original order) from your refund. For Free Shipping orders via UPS, $14.95 will be deducted from the return amount. For Free Shipping orders via USPS, $12.99 will be deducted from the return amount. **Shipping charges may fluctuate/change depending on when your order was shipped.
Please follow these 4 easy steps for Return/Exchange:
- Contact us via email at: returns@shopbubblebelly.com for a Return Authorization number (RA number). Please provide the reason for the return in your email and reference your order ID or name for which the order was purchased under. To ensure proper handling and credit, do not ship anything back without this RA number. We will respond via email with an RA number and provide you with the Returns Dept. shipping address.
- Write RA number on the outside of the return container, on the Packing Slip, & circle the item being returned on the Packing Slip.
- Include the reason for your return on the Packing Slip.
- Include a copy of this Packing Slip with the return merchandise. Package merchandise in original baggies/containers/padding for protection against damage. DON'T FORGET TO WRITE YOUR RA NUMBER IN LARGE PRINT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CONTAINER FOR EXPEDITIOUS HANDLING.
At this time, all items are considered Returns. If you are interested in an Exchange for a different size or color, we will hold that item for you if you notify us via email when requesting the RA number. Let us know which item you would like as a replacement. We can hold items for one week from the date of receipt of your request. Once the returned item is received and processed at our facilities a credit for the original amount paid will be issued to your card (minus any shipping charges, if applicable). You can place an order for the new item at any time on our store. We will treat it as a new order.
For Returns, your card will be credited for the merchandise along with any applicable taxes paid. Shipping will not be reimbursed. Although we process retuns and refunds within 7 business days of receiving your return, please allow approximately 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We stand behind our products and take special care to inspect all items for Quality prior to shipping. In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days after receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange/return (no exceptions). All products must be new and unworn/unwashed/unaltered, with all original tags attached, and must be free of smoke, perfumes, odors, etc. Follow the return instructions above for the return/exchange of a damaged item.
**Please note: all "Final Sale", Special Occasion, Swimwear, and Undergarments are sold as-is and are Final Sale. These items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable; no exceptions. This applies to all infant/baby items. Regular priced items that were discounted and purchased during a promotion with a "promo code" can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All designer maternity jeans/pants can be returned within 14 days after delivery confirmation to your address (except for "FINAL SALE" items). The "FINAL SALE" notes/designation can be seen at the bottom of the screen for each item for which it applies. Please contact us via email at customerrelations@shopbubblebelly.com to obtain an RA number. All items must be shipped and DELIVERED back to our site within the 14 days to qualify for a refund. **VERY IMPORTANT: if you requested an RA but we do not receive the merchandise back within 14 days after delivery confirmation to you, we can not issue you a refund. If you obtain an RA number from us within 14 days but fail to return the items within that time frame, your shipment will be rejected and returned to you unless the delay in our receipt is due to uncontrollable circumstances and delays caused by the courier (i.e. weather related delays). We are not responsible for mismarked packages, incorrect addresses, lost packages, etc. not received by us.We will happily refund any order that meets our return policy as long as the jeans are new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors and they must have all the original tags attached. Shipping fees are not refunded.

6. Q: What is your Privacy Policy?
A: : We at Bubble BellyTM respect your privacy and personal information and take security very seriously. We value your business and will never sell or share your personal contact and order information with a third party (unless required by law). We will only utilize your provided information for order fulfillment purposes and/or for promotions, newsletters, and special notifications for which you may elect to opt-in.
All photos, letters, and/or emails submitted to Bubble BellyTM for the Bubble Belly of the Month (BBOTM) contest are the property of Bubble BellyTM. Mailed photos will not be returned. By sending us your photo, you are consenting to and giving us the right to post your photo submission(s), name, and city/state of residence online on our website if chosen as a winner. All photos and submissions will be the sole property of Bubble BellyTM and can be used for (but not limited to) company web and print marketing purposes. Please be assured that we will never post your full street address, phone number, or email address unless it is included in the body of your letter and/or email or if it is included somehow in your photo by you. We will do our best to remove any of these identifiers from your photo & letters prior to posting but are not responsible if any are missed and overlooked prior to posting.
We will never sell or release your photos and images to any third party. You as the contestant shall not hold Bubble BellyTM liable for any damages that may result from the release/use of your photo(s). Furthermore, your photos will not be altered or modified (e.g. "Photoshopped") in any way other than resizing or cropping for posting.
When submitting photos, only JPEG format will be accepted. All contestants must agree to our Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations prior to submitting any photos for the contest.

7. Q: How do I submit my photos and letters for the Bubble Belly of the Month drawing?
A: Send us photos of you and/or your baby ROCKIN' your best Bubble Belly apparel and accessories and be entered to win a $25.00 Bubble BellyTM Gift Card good towards your future merchandise purchases. One winner will be chosen per month. All photos and letters submitted to Bubble BellyTM will become property of Bubble BellyTM and will not be returned to sender. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. Bubble BellyTM Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue and can not be redeemed for cash, used for shipping charges, or used as payment for previous orders. By sending us your letters and/or photos for the Bubble Belly of the Month drawing, you are consenting and allowing Bubble BellyTM to use and post your photo(s), name, & city/state of residence on our website and/or company marketing materials including but not limited to print advertisements, web media, mailers, etc. Photos may be posted here on our website or used in print media and may be combined with other images, text and/or graphics, and cropped and/or modified. 8. Q: How do I submit a new product or designer line to you for evaluation?
A: We are always on the lookout for new & unique baby & maternity products to carry in our store. If you are a Sales Rep. or a designer who would like us to evaluate your cool maternity and/or baby product(s), notify us via email first. Include your product details & your contact info and send it to: buyer@shopbubblebelly.com We will contact you if we are interested in receiving more details about the line. Do not ship us any packages or samples prior to contacting us. Unsolicited packages will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

9. Q: Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
A: Yes! Each order placed with us includes a complimentary/optional Gift Message. You can enter your custom message in the Order Comments upon check out and we will include it within the Packing Slip. However, if you would like our special Gift Wrap option, for only $6.99 we will package your item(s) in our custom green tissue paper with the appropriately sized Kraft Gift Box, hand-tied Satin Ribbon, and a custom printed Gift Tag. Your gift will arrive beautifully hand wrapped with your special message for the lucky recipient.
