The purpose of this Notice is to inform you of how Bubble Belly^TM protects and uses your nonpublic personal information during the course of your shopping experience with our company. We may share information within Bubble Belly^TM to best meet your needs, but we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you with third parties unless necessary to complete your purchase or as otherwise permitted by law.

Bubble Belly^TM will never sell, rent or disclose information about you to third parties.

Within Bubble Belly^TM , access to such information is limited to those who need it to perform their jobs, such as completing transactions for your purchases or informing you of new products or services. If you are simply perusing our site, we collect no personally identifiable information from you. In order to purchase an item from Bubble Belly^TM, or enter into the Bubble Belly of the Month contest (BBOTM), you will be required to enter or send us certain personal information (e.g. name, address, email address, photos, etc.). In addition, you will be asked to enter certain demographic information (e.g. age, pregnancy related information, etc), however, disclosure of this information is not required to complete a purchase. We encourage you to volunteer such optional information so we may provide a more personalized experience on our web sites and thus deliver greater value to you, our guest. Demographic information is specifically used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use of and satisfaction with the Web Site. Personal information disclosed during a purchase will be utilized to complete your purchase transaction and ship the purchased items to you, and information collected in connection with a sweepstakes and contests   will be utilized to contact you in the event you win one of the offered prizes.
All photos, letters, and/or emails submitted to Bubble Belly^TM for the Bubble Belly of the Month (BBOTM) contest are the property of Bubble Belly^TM. Mailed photos will not be returned. By sending us your photo, you are consenting to and giving us the right to post your photo submission(s), name, and city/state of residence online on our website if chosen as a winner. All photos and submissions will be the sole property of Bubble Belly^TM and can be used for (but not limited to) company web and print marketing purposes. Please be assured that we will never post your full street address, phone number, or email address unless it is included in the body of your letter and/or email or if it is included somehow in your photo by you. We will do our best to remove any of these identifiers from your photo & letters prior to posting but are not responsible if any are missed and overlooked prior to posting.
We will never sell or release your photos and images to any third party. You as the contestant shall not hold Bubble Belly^TM liable for any damages that may result from the release/use of your photo(s). Furthermore, your photos will not be altered or modified (e.g. "Photoshopped") in any way other than resizing or cropping for posting.
By submitting your photos and letters for the BBOTM contest, you are agreeing to all our Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.

The policies set forth in this notice are effective at the time of publishing, but are subject to change in order to best meet the needs of our customers and to reflect changes in local, state and federal laws. Changes in these policies will be reflected when the Web Site is updated periodically.
